Neostigmine Methylsulfate Injection is a cholinesterase inhibitor indicated for the reversal of the effects of non depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents after surgery. Neostigmine Methylsulfate Injection, a cholinesterase inhibitor, is indicated for the reversal of the effects of non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs) after surgery (1).
