Hydroxyurea capsules are indicated for the treatment of: • Resistant chronic myeloid leukemia. • Locally advanced squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck (excluding the lip) in combination with chemoradiation. Hydroxyurea capsules are an antimetabolite indicated for the treatment of: Resistant chronic myeloid leukemia.
