1. INDICATIONS AND USAGE Neostigmine Methylsulfate Injection, USP is a cholinesterase inhibitor indicated for the reversal of the effects of non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents after surgery. Neostigmine Methylsulfate Injection, USP, a cholinesterase inhibitor, is indicated for the reversal of the effects of non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs) after surgery.
